Since 1998, Ferris Consulting has provided dedicated application support for a division of a leading international chemical company. Ferris Consulting currently provides technical support to this client out of two locations, including a team of five analysts based in their Wilmington, Delaware headquarters supporting the Finished Product Systems (FPS) Applications, as well as a team of eight in Charlotte, North Carolina supporting the Engineering Management Systems (EMS), Administrative Personnel Records (APR), Product Quality Management (PGM), and Cost and Financial Accounting System (CFAS) Applications.
